Personal Nest is a dedicated space for therapist self-care. Entirely separate from what your client sees or hears, it offers a private, still environment to ground your own mind between sessions.

Sounds panel. Use the arrow keys to move between the Sounds toggle, ambience, search, categories, and sounds. Press Enter or Space to activate buttons. Left and Right adjust the ambience slider; typing edits the search field. Press Tab to leave the panel.

Cues

Cues panel. Use the arrow keys to move between the Cues toggle, cue colors, and hex field when available. Press Home or End to move to the first or last color. Press Enter or Space to apply the focused color. On the custom hue wheel, press Enter or Space to start keyboard adjustment, use the arrow keys for one-degree changes, Page Up or Page Down for ten-degree changes, and Escape or Enter to finish. Press Tab to leave the panel.

Backgrounds

Backgrounds panel. Use an arrow key to enter the background choices, then use Up and Down to move. Press Home or End to move to the first or last background. Press Enter or Space to choose the focused background. Professional users can hold Alt with Up or Down to reorder a background, or Alt with Home or End to move it to the beginning or end. Press Tab to leave the panel.
